How Much Does Gas Fireplace Service Cost?
A full gas fireplace service and cleaning is $325. That covers the safety side — voltage checks and leak detection — plus cleaning and inspecting the logs, burner and glass. It follows the National Fire Protection Association's recommendation of an annual safety and maintenance inspection for gas appliances.
What moves that number. Whether yours is a log set, an insert or a direct-vent fireplace, how accessible the gas connection is, and what the safety checks turn up.
If we find a problem. A gas leak repair is $172.50. Adding the code-required shutoff valve, flexible connector and sediment trap is $185. You'll hear the price before we do the work, every time.
If your fireplace needs less than you booked, you pay less. Our minimum visit is $189.
